Job description

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Senior DevOps Engineer to join our growing engineering team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring systems, and automating various aspects of software delivery. In the project, you will be responsible for: 

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (using GitLab or similar platforms) 

  • Manage and orchestrate containers with Docker and Kubernetes (AKS) 

  • Implement and support centralized logging and monitoring using the Grafana stack (Prometheus, Loki, Grafana) and OpenTelemetry 

  • Instrument and collect metrics, logs, and traces for full-stack observability into system health and performance 

  • Automate infrastructure deployment and configuration using Terraform and Ansible 

  • Develop and maintain scripts and tooling using Bash and Python 

  • Secure configuration management and integrate with external authentication systems 

  • Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to ensure system resilience and scalability 

  • Administer and support Linux and Windows Server environments 

  • Operate within cloud environments, particularly Microsoft Azure  

Job requirements

Who are we looking for? 

  • 7+ years of experience as a Senior DevOps Engineer or in a similar role 

  • Strong knowledge of Kubernetes (preferably AKS) and containerization with Docker 

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services 

  • Experience in infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform 

  • Configuration management with Ansible 

  • Proficiency in scripting languages: Bash, Python 

  • Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD or other pipeline automation tools 

  • Good grasp of version control systems, especially Git 

  • Hands-on experience with observability tooling (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Loki, Grafana) for centralized logging and monitoring 

  • Background in Linux/Windows system administration 

  • A team player 

  • Fluent command of English with effective business communication skills (at least B2/C1)
